The top photos of the Woodland holdings, seen on the left, show the waterside plot and it’s view over the harbour waters to the historic Town of Louisbourg. Whilst this isn’t big enough to accommodate a house with septic system,  trees could be cleared to make way for a boathouse, or to park up an RV or trailer.

The plot is separated from the main body of the Woodland by the road which leads straight into the Town, a short distance away. Alongside the road are electric & phone lines, plus municipal water supplies.

The third photo, below, shows a house that once stood on Woodland, enjoying uninterrupted panoramic ocean and harbour views. Whilst this has been demolished, it would be an ideal site for constructing one or more homes on.
