Access
Currently access to the Lodge is via two rights of way over private property, no way leave to be paid but you are expected to pitch in for snow clearance & road maintenance. The main, adjoining lot of land is accessed direct from the 217. Depending on the purchasers plans, a new road could be cut through the estate to wind it’s way through the woods to the Lodge, if wished.
Location
Roxville lays at the beginning of a peninsular called Digby Neck, just before Waterford. To the north lies the Bay of Fundy and to the south, St. Mary’s Bay. The town of Digby (pop. 2,300) is to the east, just 10 minutes drive away and offers the majority of facilities, services & supplies needed. From here there are also boat trips whale watching .
